The invention includes the use of calcium and / or magnesium cations for the field biofertilization (in situ) of large winter and non-Fabaceae nitrate trap crops (Cipan) applied by liquid spray directly to the field. mulch residues left on the ground by cereal crops or grain corn subsequently incorporated into the soil surface pre-sowing of said winter crops and Cipan non-Fabaceae. From 12 to 15 moles of such cations are advantageously provided per hectare. It is possible, and even advantageous, for the crop residues on the ground to be pre-buried with azotobacterization using an inoculum of Azotobacteraceae cells; sprayable slurry is considered non-bactericidal, the inoculum can be integrated, thereby facilitating the agronomic realization of the invention. It is also advantageous if the soil is a cambisol or similar to a cambisol; the degree of cationic saturation of the CEC of this soil, including the portion thereof attributable to the clay-humic complex (CAH) being advantageously between values of 88 and 112%.
