The clip has unequal wings comprising branches forming jaws (1, 2), where a fold (P) to be maintained is inserted between the jaws. The jaws are joined by an elastically deformable pedunculated part (3) i.e. arm. The pedunculated part allows movement of one of the jaws parallel to the other jaw and pushes back the former jaw, so that the former jaw penetrates into an opening (4) of the latter jaw. Width of the opening of the latter jaw is greater than width of the former jaw.
