The aerator or air sleeve has a ventilation chamber (D) whose shape canalizes dehumidifying air stream (E) through an opening of a bonnet towards a ship, where the aerator or air sleeve is movable and adoptable on an opening of the bonnet without reducing flow of air which passes through the opening of the bonnet in absence of the device. The bonnet is opened along better ventilation angle.
