The individual device (1) comprises an oxygen partial pressure sensor placed near or in contact with the culture medium and connected to a unit for measuring the pressure, a unit for controlling oxygen partial pressure, a temperature sensor coupled with the oxygen partial pressure sensor, and a unit for connecting the temperature sensor to the unit for measuring the pressure. The unit for controlling the oxygen partial pressure comprises a tubular element (6, 7) whose one end opens in a culture container (3) and other end is connected to a gas supply unit. The individual device (1) comprises an oxygen partial pressure sensor placed near or in contact with the culture medium and connected to a unit for measuring the pressure, a unit for controlling oxygen partial pressure, a temperature sensor coupled with the oxygen partial pressure sensor, and a unit for connecting the temperature sensor to the unit for measuring the pressure. The unit for controlling the oxygen partial pressure comprises a tubular element (6, 7) whose one end opens in a culture container (3) and other end is connected to a gas supply unit.
