The individual device (1) comprises an oxygen partial pressure sensor placed near or in contact with the culture medium and connected to a unit for measuring the pressure, a unit for controlling oxygen partial pressure, a temperature sensor coupled with the oxygen partial pressure sensor, and a unit for connecting the temperature sensor to the unit for measuring the pressure. The unit for controlling the oxygen partial pressure comprises a tubular element (6, 7) whose one end opens in a culture container (3) and other end is connected to a gas supply unit. The individual device (1) comprises an oxygen partial pressure sensor placed near or in contact with the culture medium and connected to a unit for measuring the pressure, a unit for controlling oxygen partial pressure, a temperature sensor coupled with the oxygen partial pressure sensor, and a unit for connecting the temperature sensor to the unit for measuring the pressure. The unit for controlling the oxygen partial pressure comprises a tubular element (6, 7) whose one end opens in a culture container (3) and other end is connected to a gas supply unit. The individual device is present in the form of a stopper (2) for the culture container. The stopper has a lower side and an upper side, and comprises two through holes (4, 5) opened on lower and upper sides, a tubular element sealably inserted in the through hole, and a unit for opening and closing the tubular element placed on one side of the gas supply unit.
