The controller (3) has an envelope formed of shells (5, 6) defining an inner volume in which a low pressure front chamber (AV) and a variable pressure rear chamber (AR) are formed. A maintaining unit maintains temperature in one of the chambers at a value lower than temperature in an engine compartment (M) of a vehicle. The maintaining unit is constituted by an isothermal case (20) which surrounds the shells forming the envelope. The maintaining unit is constituted by another isothermal case which surrounds a part of the envelope corresponding to the rear chamber.
