Installation defining method for insulation device of sound frequencies in cooling circuit of internal combustion engine of vehicle, involves determining position of insulation device in circuit according to minimal amplitude of outlet wave
The method involves calculating sound incidental wave i.e. plane wave, arriving on an insulation device, and calculating an outlet wave by the insulation device. A position of the insulation device in a cooling circuit (4) is determined according to minimal amplitude of the outlet wave, where a range of sound frequencies is between 300 and 1000 Hz. The amplitude of the sound incidental wave corresponds to the pressure or flow of the sound incidental wave. Four circular openings are formed in a grid.
