PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crushing ability and classification ability toward mixed treating matter and to promote reuse and weight reduction of the mixed treating matter.SOLUTION: Crushed matter of the mixed treating matter crushed and ground down by a wet ball mill 1 is sorted by a rotary sieve apparatus 6 to a first solid group and a second solid group which is finer than the first solid group. In a first route 7, a wet type specific gravity sorting apparatus 9 carries out floating/sinking sorting of the first solid group to a third solid group and a fourth solid group which has smaller specific gravity than that of the third solid group. The fourth solid group is dewatered and is sorted as a fifth solid group by a rotary sieve apparatus 10. In a second route 8, the second solid group is sorted by a cyclone 11 to a sixth solid group and a seventh solid group which has smaller mass than that of the sixth solid group. A wet type specific gravity sorting apparatus 12 carries out floating/sinking sorting of the sixth solid group to an eighth solid group and a ninth solid group which has smaller specific gravity than that of the eighth solid group. The ninth solid group is dewatered and is sorted as a tenth solid group 10 by a vibrating sieve apparatus 13.
