PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of a worker and workability during conveyance of a concrete structure.;SOLUTION: A frame body 1 is placed on a top surface 30a of a concrete structure 30 which has hanging rings 37 disposed on the top surface 30a and which is made of an immersion block having recesses 35 formed on front, back and right and left sides and assuming an approximate X-shape in a plan view. A plurality of handrails 10 are disposed in the frame body 1 in such a manner as to surround the outside of each of the hanging rings 37 of the concrete structure 30.
