SPLIT STRUCTURE OF TUNNEL EXCAVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split structure of a tunnel excavator, capable of rapidly and easily assembling/disassembling an excavator body on site.;SOLUTION: A tunnel excavator, in which an excavator machine main portion 1 of an excavator body is composed of a plurality of blocks divided in the forward/backward (machine length)direction and the circumferential direction, comprises: auxiliary blocks 30, 31 welded in advance to the joint surface of each block and having concave or convex hooking parts 30a, 31a in a contacting and separating direction, respectively; a joint block 32 provided astride between the auxiliary blocks to be joined and having convex or concave hooking parts 32a engaging with the hooking parts 30a, 31a; and a plurality of bolts 33 for joining the mating surfaces of the auxiliary blocks and the joint block together.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
