PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly dispose and adjust a specimen slide glass at a cover glass mounting position for mounting the cover glass thereon.SOLUTION: The cover glass mounting module for mounting cover glass on the specimen slide glass for a microscopical investigation includes: a conveying device that conveys the specimen slide glass mounting the cover glass from a shelf or a specimen slide glass holder to a cover glass mounting position; and disposing/adjusting means that disposes and adjusts the specimen slide glass at the cover glass mounting position for mounting the cover glass thereon.
