PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating type Soxhlet extractor and a simple extractor for efficiently extracting each component from composite plastic, and a method for analyzing melt-kneaded composite plastic containing, as a main component, polyolefin to be subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis by chemically separating various components from a pellet state of melt-kneaded composite plastic containing polyolefin as a main component by using the heating type Soxhlet extractor and simple extractor.SOLUTION: A heating type Soxhlet extractor 1 has a container 2 into which an organic solvent 3 as a solvent can be injected, a first heating part for heating the bottom of the container 2, an extracting part 4 connected to the container 2, including two side pipes and provided internally with a cylindrical filter paper 7 into which a sample containing an extraction component is charged, and a cooling part 9 connected to the extracting part 4. The extracting part 4 includes a second heating part 8 around a place at which the cylindrical filter paper 7 is arranged.
