PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed-proof sheet for preventing weeds along the circumference of a columnar member or a curved structure.;SOLUTION: This weed-proof sheet includes a winding part 7 to get in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the columnar member or a curved outside surface, and a flange 8 to get in contact with the ground. The flange 8 is composed in double structure including an upper flange 8a and a lower flange 8b which extend from a lower end of the winding part 7 outward to form an L-shaped section. On the upper flange 8a and the lower flange 8b, a plurality of flange pieces 13a, 13a, ... and 13b, 13b, ... are provided through slits 9a, 9a, ... and 9b, 9b, ....
