PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of testing in vitro for selecting an agent on which clinic drug interaction testing should be carried out, from absorbents for oral administration and drugs for combination administration.;SOLUTION: The above problem is a classification method, for clinical drug interaction testing, of absorbents for oral administration and combination agents to be administered in combination, and can be solved by a classification method of combination agents which is characterized by comprising a step (1) of measuring the elution speed of a combination agent in a dosage form for oral administration; a step (2) of measuring the absorption speed of the combination agent with an absorbent for oral administration; and a step (3) of carrying out elution speed determination and absorption speed determination and of classifying the combination agent according to combination of those determinations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
