PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program capable of extracting a patient who has a high possibility to be participated in a clinical test as a clinical test candidate.SOLUTION: While referring to a RAM 313 storing information about diseases that patients suffer from and information about medicines administered to the patients, a control section 310 of a medical information server 300 implements the steps of: extracting a patient under medical treatment of a disease subjected to a designated investigational new drug and having the number of times of changing a medicine to be administered equal to or less than a first threshold value; and outputting the patient extracted in the extraction step as a candidate of a clinical test target. Therefore, a patient who has a high possibility to be participated in a clinical test can be extracted as a clinical test candidate.
