PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape route-maintaining mechanism capable of maintaining an appropriate position of a feeding route of a tape-shaped material drawn from a tape body, thereby reducing the entire size and facilitating replacement of the tape body.;SOLUTION: A tape route-maintaining mechanism 55 maintains a predetermined position of a feeding route of a printing tape 51a, along which route the printing tape 51a is conveyed toward a tape processing unit provided to perform predetermined processing for the printing tape 51a, while being drawn from a tape body 51 configured by winding the printing tape 51a around a tape core 51b.
