PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress operation frequency by a user, and to present quickly and accurately retrieval results.;SOLUTION: A point retrieval device 100 comprises: a keyword input unit 102; a setting unit 103; an extraction unit 105; a presentation unit 106; a selection unit 107; and a retrieval unit 109. When receiving an instruction to start retrieval, with a retrieval method specified by an attribute set for an input keyword, the extraction unit 105 extracts retrieval items including the input keywords. If there is a plurality of retrieval items, the presentation unit 106 presents the plurality of retrieval items. The selection unit 107 receives selection of one retrieval item among the plurality of retrieval items from the user. If there is the plurality of retrieval items, the retrieval unit 109 retrieves a point corresponding to the one retrieval item received by the selection unit 107 from a database 108.
