PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking container or the like which has beautiful appearance by retaining the color tone of copper or copper alloy while generating electromagnetic induction heat, and which has a strong flange unit and improved heat efficiency.;SOLUTION: The cooking container 2A has a multi-layered structure including: a copper pot 21 having the flange portion 2a and the copper or copper-alloy base material; and a protection layer 23 for coating the inner side of the copper pot 21.
