PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment processing method which can realize high speed transfer from a heating position to a subsequent processing position without a large transfer facility in a heat-treating furnace, and which can perform high quality heat treatment processing without causing adhesion of impurities, moisture, or the like to a workpiece or the heat-treating furnace or contaminating the workpiece or the heat-treating furnace associated with the transfer of a heated workpiece and to provide a heat-treated product and a heat treatment processing device.SOLUTION: The workpiece after being subject to high-vacuum high-temperature heat treatment at a vacuum heat-treating furnace 1 is delivered and carried out to a process chamber 3 through a communicating section 2 while an open and close door 25 is instantly opened or closed and is subject to quenching treatment. It is possible to realize high speed transfer from a vacuum heating position to a subsequent quenching treatment position by a simple piston mechanism without a large transfer facility in the vacuum heat-treating furnace 1.
