PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core module with excellent processability.;SOLUTION: A ring-type core module for a coil device has a pair of U-shaped core fragments and plural I-shaped core fragments, formed of a magnetic material. The ring-type core module has a constitution such that the plural I-shaped core fragments are arranged between opposed U-shaped ends while a pair of the U-shaped core fragments are opposed to each other and the plural I-shaped core fragments are inserted inside a pair of linear coils. Insulation coating is formed on a pair of the U-shaped core fragments and the plural I-shaped core fragments by insert-molding, and the U-shaped core fragments and the I-shaped core fragments are adhered to each other via a non-magnetic gap member, and formed into a ring shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
