PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate communication between users.;SOLUTION: A contribution information management apparatus 1 receives positional information indicating a position from a user terminal 5 requesting browsing of contribution information and selects contribution information and a user ID corresponding to the positional information from a contribution information DB 2. The contribution information management apparatus 1 then acquires a map image corresponding to the positional information from a map information DB 3 and acquires profile information of a user corresponding to the selected user ID from a profile information DB 4. The contribution information management apparatus 1 then produces a contribution map image that is an image obtained by adding contribution information to the map image and transmits the contribution map image to the user terminal 5 requesting browsing of the contribution information.
