PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet whose design hardly deteriorates and which can be manufactured by using simple equipment, a mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet having excellent processability, sufficient surface hardness and resistance to boiling water immersion; to provide the mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet; to provide a prefabricated bath member equipped with the mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet; and to provide a building interior material equipped with the mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet.;SOLUTION: There is provided the mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet 100 having a resin layer 1 laminated on a metal sheet 50. There is provided the method of manufacturing the mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet by including the steps of: forming a layer (A layer) 10 composed of a non-oriented polyester-based resin sheet on the metal sheet; forming an active energy ray-curing adhesive layer (B layer) 20 composed of an adhesive composition containing an active energy ray-curing adhesive but containing no solvent, on the A layer; forming a layer (C layer) 30 composed of a biaxially-oriented polyester-based resin sheet, on the B layer; and curing the B layer by emitting the active energy ray from its surface on a C layer side. There are provided: the manufactured mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet; the prefabricated bath member equipped with the mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet; and the building interior material equipped with the mirror surface designable resin-coated metal sheet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
