PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a column for analysis capable of controlling pore diameter distribution of a porous material, the column for analysis, and an analyzer using the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the column for analysis which includes: a capillary (2); the porous material (1) to be formed in the capillary, in which the porous material is constituted of the pore (3) and a bone (4), the bone of the porous material is constituted of an organic polymer, the bone of the porous material has periodicity, a polymer of a first monomer is contained in the organic polymer, the first monomer has nature to become the polymer using a medium which expresses liquid crystallinity, the analyzer using the column for analysis, and the method for manufacturing the column for analysis.
