PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit technique capable of supplying stable voltage even when an output node of the drive circuit is maintained at high voltage.;SOLUTION: The drive circuit comprises: a switching element M1 connected between an input terminal IN and a output node XL; a first power circuit 30 for generating a first voltage VBST; and a first drive circuit 10, for driving the switching element M1 by output, in which a voltage of the output node LX is a negative power source voltage to be referenced, the first voltage is a positive power source voltage. The voltage of the output node LX is used as the negative power source voltage to be referenced to the first power circuit 30. The switching element M1 is an N channel MOSFET or NPN transistor in which a drain or a collector is connected to the input terminal IN and a source or an emitter is connected to the output node LX.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
