PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit technique capable of supplying stable voltage even when an output node of the drive circuit is maintained at high voltage.;SOLUTION: The drive circuit comprises: a switching element M1 connected between an input terminal IN and a output node XL; a first power circuit 30 for generating a first voltage VBST; and a first drive circuit 10, for driving the switching element M1 by output, in which a voltage of the output node LX is a negative power source voltage to be referenced, the first voltage is a positive power source voltage. The voltage of the output node LX is used as the negative power source voltage to be referenced to the first power circuit 30.
