PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a conventional note related to golf cannot be used in a practice facility because it is dedicated to writing of the results of a round like a scorecard.;SOLUTION: The note is provided with a page for a photograph or an illustration of a fictional or real course and a space for writing selection of a club, ball-hitting, ball trajectory, carry or the like.
