PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered electroconductive oxide capable of proper temperature measurements over the temperature range from a low temperature of -40°C to a high temperature of 900°C or higher, to provide a thermistor element using the sintered electroconductive oxide, and to provide a temperature sensor using the thermistor element. PSOLUTION: The sintered electroconductive oxide 1 used for the thermistor element 2 contains a perovskite phase, e.g., represented by composition formula: M1SBa/SBM2SBb/SBM3SBc/SBAlSBd/SBCrSBe/SBOSBf/SBwhere M1 is at least one of elements of group 3A other than La; M2 is at least one of elements of group 2A; M3 is at least one of elements of groups 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A and 8 other than Cr; and that a, b, c, d, e and f satisfy prescribed conditional expressions, and t least one metal oxide phase MeOSBx/SBcomposed of at least one metal element Me of the perovskite phase.
