PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying an autologous reactive T-cell or a T-cell receptor (TCR) associated with onset of autoimmune disease, and for enabling the objective and accurate diagnosis of the onset or the possibility of the onset of the autoimmune disease, and to provide the utilization method therefor. PSOLUTION: The method for identifying the autologous reactive T-cell, associated with the onset of the autoimmune disease, involves a step for detecting the deviation of repertoire in a T-cell group as the deviation of variety of CDR3 regions in a TCR protein from the length of the region in the TCR gene, or the variation of the lengths of the polypeptides in the region in the TCR protein.
