PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose deterioration of a cable more accurately.;SOLUTION: Image data obtained by photographing a cable is input, RGB of the image data is transformed into HSV, Fourier transformation is applied to the obtained H (hue) image to obtain a frequency image and, based on the frequency image, degree of deterioration of the cable is determined. Thus, deterioration of a cable can be diagnosed. Also, by integrating the results of frequency analysis and hue analysis to diagnose deterioration, deterioration of a cable can be diagnosed more accurately than heretofore.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
