PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device that has such a configuration as to allow precise regulation of a dimension of a valve body in a moving direction with a magnet mounted thereon.;SOLUTION: A valve device 1 includes first to fourth drive coils 27 to 30, and a valve body 23 that is moved by exciting the first to fourth drive coils 27 to 30. The valve body 23 has a holder, and first to third permanent magnets 231a to 231c and an elastic member 233 that are stored in the holder. A lower-end bent portion that is bent inwardly at an angle of 90 degrees and more is formed at an open end of the holder.
