PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode structure of a nanochannel composite thin film and to provide its manufacturing method of an atmospheric plasma spraying system. PSOLUTION: The anode structure of the nanochannel composite thin film 2 and the method of manufacturing it as one of the atmospheric plasma spraying system are materialized such that the anode structure includes a porous substrate 1 and the nanochannel composite thin film. The nanochannel composite thin film has a plurality of nanoholes 21 and a plurality of nanochannels 2. The manufacturing method comprises supplying an assemblage of microparticles. The assemblage of the microparticles is composed of nanooxide mixed particles and an adhesive. In the manufacturing method, first, the assemblage of the microparticles is heated to generate oxide in a molten or semi-molten state. In addition, the oxide in the molten or semi-molten state is thermally sprayed on the porous substrate. In addition, the anode structure is manufactured through oxyhydrogen reduction. Therefor, the anode of the solid fuel cell can be improved in the activity and conductivity of electrochemical reaction to inhibit aggregation of anode material particles in a high-temperature environment and prolong the service life of the anode.
