PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform caulking work to a member requiring rivetting on the front and the rear surfaces by reducing manual work as much as possible.;SOLUTION: A caulking apparatus for automatic rivet is provided with: a work holding unit 30; an index-table 20 having the work-holding unit so as to be movable in XYZ axial directions; a control part 2 for controlling the moving of the index-table; and a rivet caulking unit 10, wherein the index-table 20 is provided with a work-holding unit rotating mechanism 25 which can rotate the work-holding unit around a Y axial axis, the work-holding unit is provided with a work-holding part 40, and the work-holding part is provided with a rivet falling-off preventive means 50 for preventing the falling-off of the rivet inserted in the work, and the automatic rivet caulking apparatus includes a work paying-out mechanism 60 for paying out the work subjected to the caulking of the rivet from the work-holding unit 30 to a work paying-out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
