PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for manufacturing a porous hollow fiber membrane which obtains a porous hollow fiber membrane which secures high communication property and has high performance for actual liquids; the porous hollow fiber membrane which has high communication property and high performance for actual liquids; a module using the porous hollow fiber membrane; a filter using the porous hollow fiber membrane; and a water-treating method using the porous hollow fiber membrane.;SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the porous hollow fiber membrane 1, a fused and kneaded mixture which contains a thermosetting resin, an organic liquid and inorganic micropowder, is discharged from the ring-shaped discharging opening 16 of a hollow fiber-molding nozzle 12 to form a hollow fiber-like material, and the hollow fiber-like material concerned is cooled and solidified, and then the organic liquid and the inorganic micropowder are removed by extraction to obtain the porous hollow fiber membrane. In this case, a filter 17 is installed at least at one place between a place at which the thermosetting resin, the organic liquid and the inorganic micropowder are fused and kneaded and a place at which the fused and kneaded mixture is discharged in a hollow fiber state to mold the hollow fiber-like material, and the fused and kneaded mixture is made to pass through the filter 17 and then discharged in the hollow fiber state to mold the porous hollow fiber membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
