The present invention is a composite porous hollow fiber membrane comprising at least a first layer and a second layer containing a fluororesin-based polymer, wherein the first layer is in the longitudinal direction of the composite porous hollow fiber membrane. The columnar structure has an oriented columnar structure, the average value ν of Raman alignment parameters in the columnar structure calculated based on the specific formula is 1.5 or more and 4.0 or less, and the second layer has a three-dimensional network structure. In addition, the present invention relates to a composite porous hollow fiber membrane having an average pore diameter on the surface of the second layer of 5.0 nm or more and 5.0 μm or less.
