PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a space around a motor, while maintaining the performance of an impeller, in a humidification device and an air cleaner with humidifying function for humidifying a dry room.SOLUTION: The humidification device includes: a body 13 having an inlet port 11 and an outlet port 12 for air; an orifice 14 provided on the inlet port 11 side; the impeller 17 consisting of a blade 15 that retreats with respect to a rotating direction and a shroud 16 formed to come in succession with the orifice 14 in an axial direction; an air-blower provided on the orifice 14 side and consisting of a motor 18 that drives the impeller 17; a vaporization filter 19; and a liquid-storage tray 22 that holds the vaporization filter 19. The vaporization filter 19 is configured to rotate around the motor 18 to feed a liquid from the liquid-storage tray 22, and thereby a compact humidification device can be obtained utilizing the space around the motor 18 while maintaining the performance of the impeller 17.
