The present disclosure relates to a photosensitive optoelectronic device having at least one hole blocking layer or electron blocking. By reducing the dark current components of the photovoltaic cell, a hole blocking layer and electron blocking disclosed herein can reduce the electron leakage current. That it is possible to reduce the dark current is important in order to improve the power conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cell by this study are shown.
