PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle hands-free telephone capable of sharing information with a mobile phone more accurately and in real time.;SOLUTION: An in-vehicle hands-free telephone provided in a vehicle includes storage means and control means that acquires information including incoming/outgoing call history information from a mobile phone via communication means at predetermined timing, and allows the storage means to store the acquired information. When an incoming/outgoing call is generated by the mobile phone while acquiring the information including the incoming/outgoing call history information from the mobile phone, the control means determines whether the information about the generated incoming/outgoing call is reflected to the incoming/outgoing call history information acquired from the mobile phone via the communication means and, when it is not reflected, it adds the information about the generated incoming/outgoing call to the incoming/outgoing call history information acquired from the mobile phone via the communication means, for storage in the storage means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
