PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of easily, surely and objectively inspecting and confirming the execution of a silicate-based surface impregnation concrete protective material to a concrete skeleton.;SOLUTION: After executing the silicate-based surface impregnation concrete protective material to the concrete skeleton, a voltage is applied to the concrete of the concrete skeleton to measure voltage resistivity, and the execution of the silicate-based surface impregnation concrete protective material is inspected and confirmed from the volume resistivity. For the measurement of the volume resistivity, a pair of current electrodes connected with voltage application means and a pair of potential difference electrodes positioned between the current electrodes are provided at appropriate positions of the concrete skeleton to which the silicate-based surface impregnation concrete protective material is executed. The voltage is applied to the concrete through the pair of current electrodes, a current is measured by an ammeter inserted between the pair of current electrodes, a potential difference is measured in potential difference measurement means connected to the pair of potential difference electrodes, and the volume resistivity is calculated using the values of the obtained current and potential difference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
