PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing potage soup powder capable of increasing solubility of the potage soup powder in hot water, and achieving facilitation of the production and reduction of the cost.SOLUTION: Powder comprising polysaccharides and base power for potage soup are crushed and formed into crushed power, and the crushed power is subject to fluidized bed granulation treatment to produce the potage soup powder.
