The present invention also provides a method for producing potash soup powder which is capable of increasing the solubility of potash soup powder in hot water and facilitating production and reducing manufacturing cost. There is provided a method for producing powder for potato soup, which comprises pulverizing a polysaccharide powder and a raw material powder for potato soup to form a pulverized powder, and further subjecting the pulverized powder to a fluidized bed granulation process to produce powder for potato soup.
