METHOD TO DRAW A PARALLEL-BASED FIGURE AND AUTOMATIC FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to draw a figure mainly consisting of parallel lines whose width changes in the middle or which are deformed partially, and an automatic forming method.;SOLUTION: Automatic forming is achieved by combining the following processing units: a connecting unit of parallel line and supplementary line which connects an edge of the supplementary line to an edge of the parallel line or on the parallel line; a connecting unit of parallel lines which connects the edge of the parallel line to the edge of another parallel line or on another parallel line by elongating or shortening a line; a small-projection removal unit based on a direction determination which uses a line direction to remove a parallel line unnecessarily projecting due to relation with the supplementary line; the small-projection removal unit based on a phase determination which uses a cross pattern of parallel lines to remove the parallel line unnecessarily projecting by reason that the parallel line connects to another parallel line; a supplementary line classification unit which classifies the supplementary line according to relation between the supplementary line and the parallel line; a figure integration unit which removes an unnecessary portion and integrates the parallel lines; and a deformed portion displacement unit which uses the supplementary line to modify a shape of the parallel line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
