PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit machining device and method capable of forming a slit with high width precision in a forming direction of a rubber molding.;SOLUTION: The slit machining device 1 is characterized by including: a work table 3 that has a storage part 13 for storing the rubber molding and a passage 15 communicating with the storage part 13; a restricting member 4 disposed on the storage part 13 side of the work table 3; and a slitting blade 5 disposed on the opposite side of the restricting member 4 of the work table 3. Further provided is the slit machining method characterized by making the slitting blade 5 penetrate through a slit formation part from one surface side of the slit formation part, while restricting the rubber molding by the restricting member 4 disposed facing to the other surface of the slit formation part in the rubber molding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
