PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more securely and closely stick a pad to a region to be treated with a large curvature.;SOLUTION: The guide cord comprises connection terminal parts 42a, 42b and 42c attached to a plurality of electrodes in the pad 30 in such a way as can be close to or separated from the corresponding electrodes; lead wires 43a, 43b and 43c connected to the connection terminal parts 42a, 42b and 42c respectively to electrically connect a low-frequency therapeutic instrument body to the pad 30; and a connection part 44 made of an elastic material to connect the connection terminal parts 42a, 42b and 42c to one another.
