PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility information management system for appropriately determining an area with many facilities open for business and outputting a map centering on the area; a facility information management method; and a facility information management program.;SOLUTION: The facility information management system stores information showing whether each facility is open for business at a predetermined time, extracts the facilities open for business at the predetermined time based on the stored information, determines whether the facilities are located close together based on the positions of the respective extracted facilities, and determines the degree of appropriateness of an object area to be output (the map center 2) on the map 1 that is output to a terminal unit, based on the determined result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
