PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee beverage that prevents occurrence of deterioration smell of fermentation smell by long-term preservation under humidifying conditions and retains tastiness by supplementing fragrance of freshly brewed coffee, especially a fragrance component contributing to a roast feeling.;SOLUTION: A method for producing the coffee beverage is characterized by bringing a coffee oil into contact with propylene glycol or its aqueous solution to give an extracted liquid of coffee oil and adding the obtained extracted liquid of coffee oil to an extracted liquid of roasted coffee beans.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
