PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in identifying a link of fault occurrence among aggregated links.;SOLUTION: On deciding the occurrence of a fault in the aggregated links, a supervision device 101 identifies the number of links of a fault occurrence cause, based on a transmission source address of a passing packet and the number of lost packets in a lost packet group. The supervision device 101 then disconnects one link among the aggregated links. Next, based on the transmission source address of a passing packet after the link disconnection and the number of lost packets in the lost packet group, the supervision device 101 identifies the number of links of the fault occurrence cause after the link disconnection.
