PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy member for a fuel cell which can retain necessary current-collecting efficiency and enhance an effect of preventing Cr from diffusing; a current-collecting member for the fuel cell; a cell stack; and the fuel cell. PSOLUTION: A current-collecting member 20 for the fuel cell is made from an alloy 201 containing Cr. The surface of the alloy is coated with a Zn-containing layer for preventing Cr from diffusing. The layer for preventing Cr from diffusing is coated with a coating layer 202 of zinc oxide. The coating layer 202 contains a metallic element having +3 valencies or more dissolved in at least its one part to acquire electroconductivity. The part having the imparted electroconductivity of the coating layer 202 contains at least one element of Al and Fe, and has an electroconductivity of 1 ScmSP-1/SPor lower at 550 to 900C. Such a current-collecting member 20 for the fuel cell can retain the necessary electroconductivity and enhance the effect of preventing Cr from diffusing, and can be used as an electroconductive member appropriately working in an operation temperature of the fuel cell.
