PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant conductive member having almost no diffusion to external of Cr; to provide an alloy member for a fuel cell; to provide a power collecting member for a fuel cell; to provide a cell stack; and to provide a fuel cell. PSOLUTION: This alloy member for a fuel cell is characterized in that surfaces of an alloy containing Cr are covered with intermediate layers 203 containing Zn and Mn, and coating layers 202 containing Zn. The coating layer 202 is formed out of ZnO. Such an alloy member for a fuel cell can be used as a power collecting member 20 for collecting power from a fuel cell 1. Such a power collecting member is interposed between the fuel cells 1, whereby this cell stack is composed, and the cell stack is housed in a housing vessel, whereby this fuel cell is composed.
