PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for managing an increase of information processing in industrial waste treatment because of a principle of an electronic manifest (hereinafter, the electronic M) requiring registration of discharging company per a transaction while there are many cases of abundant disposal of one type of waste, that is, multiple transactions of the same type of waste in a day.;SOLUTION: A slip is designed to contain records of multiple transactions and generate a circuit code for abundant discharging of an item by combining a pattern number, a code of a waste type, a vehicle number and a vehicle circuit number, or a formation code for abundant discharging of an item by combining a pattern number, a code of a waste type, a formation number and a vehicle number.
