PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that participation of three companies is indispensable requirement for electronic manifest (called as electronic M hereafter), companies who cannot cope with a personal computer cannot participate in it, in addition, one waste to one number is a principle of the electronic M though there are many cases of one matter to a plurality of wastes in information processing of industrial wastes, information processing amount increases and the above two matters become the neck of electronization.;SOLUTION: The electronic M, an ASP, and a subscriber constitute a communication network, a subscriber who can cope with a personal computer inputs transmission B data in charge for the self-company and the companies which cannot cope with the personal computer, transmits the data to the ASP, the ASP acts for electronic M registration, report of the subscriber to cover the companies which cannot cope with the personal computer, when a plurality of industrial wastes are described in one industrial waste slip, makes the plurality of industrial waste items into single item data by an industrial waste slip number-waste classification code number system, and labor-saving of information processing is realized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
