PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system such that a processing load by a remote communication management system may not increase when data saved in a computer etc. other than a remote communication terminal is used at a meeting.SOLUTION: An address of a repeating device which transmits image data and voice data to the remote communication terminal is made to be stored, and display data of a document is accepted from an external input device which is not administered by the remote communication management system, and the display data is transmitted to the repeating device addressed by the stored address. Thereby, without performing a series of processing such that the external input device is made to log-in to the remote communication management system, and that the repeating device is selected, the document can be made to be referred to by a partner of the meeting. The load with which the remote communication management system administers the external input device will also be reduced.
