PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein accurate communication time of remote communication cannot be calculated in a conventional remote communication management device, because the time based on the end of remote communication cannot be acquired though the information that is based on the end of remote communication stored temporarily even if it is received at a remote communication terminal.;SOLUTION: The remote communication terminal not only transmits management information, based on the start or end of a session for speech data between the remote communication terminal itself and another remote communication terminal, to a remote communication management system but also manages the time from the start up to the end. If the remote communication terminal is unable to transmit management information based on the end to the remote communication management system, the remote communication terminal transmits the time being managed, when a next session for management information is started, to the remote communication management system. Thus, the remote communication management system can accurately calculate the time, based on the end of the session for speech data on the basis of the time acquired at the time of reception of management information based on the start, and this time that is transmitted from the remote communication terminal is accurately detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
